How to retest

Apply online: Submit a CWCA, CWS, or CWSP Re-Test Application using the links provided below
Wait period: You must wait 30 days from your last exam date. You may submit your Re-Test Application during this time; your new 90-day eligibility window starts on day 30.
Authorization: After approval, Pearson will email your authorization within 3–5 business days.
Schedule and test: Use that email to schedule and sit for your exam within your 90-day window.

Policies

If you don’t take the exam within the 90-day window and didn’t provide prior notification, your application and fees are forfeited.
Extensions to the 90-day window are not permitted except in extraordinary circumstances.
For a fourth or later attempt, you must provide documentation of 20 wound-care related CEUs for each exam attempt.
You may submit Re-Test Applications for up to two years from your original exam date.
